Aylanto restaurant - Lahore
IMHO this is the best fine dining western restaurant in Lahore. Choices are varied and they even have carpaccio and escargot. And the food is not overpowering. The fettucine is very good, great texture. To their credit, I wanted it sauteed with just olive oil and sprinkled with some dried chilli on top and they knew what I wanted immediately, and did a pretty good job of it. Bottle friendly. They can also do the steak just char broiled without any sauces if you ask them. Great. Only thing that was not good was that they no longer have romaine lettuce for the ceaser's salad, just iceberg lettuce.
